Skyy Residence offers studios, suites and apartments, and every room has a private shower. The suites and the Two-Bedroom Executive Residence have king beds, and a city view comes with several of the rooms.

Depending on the room, you will find air conditioning, a desk, a bathtub, bathrobes, a mini bar and a microwave, and some rooms also have a telephone, a seating area or an in-room safe box. The suites also add a hair dryer and towels, and the Two-Bedroom Executive Residence and several studios and apartments sleep up to three guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the property.

The street has a busy, urban feel by day and in the evening, and the Skytrain is the main way to get around this part of the city.

Phloen Chit BTS station is 550 m from the property, and Nana BTS station is also on the same line. The Skytrain reaches the Siam area in a couple of stops. Bumrungrad International Hospital, a large private hospital, is close by, and Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with restaurants and cinemas, is 1.8 km away. Jim Thompson House, the former home of the American who helped revive Thai silk and now a museum, is 2.5 km away.

A day out could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, which is 5.8 km away and sells clothing, food and handicrafts. For the old city, the Grand Palace is 6.5 km from the property, and Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, sits inside its grounds, so both sights can be covered in one visit.
