Skypark Aurora Building 3 in Laguna By Banyan Living

The rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries, towels, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer and an electric kettle. Floor areas run from 29 m² to 60 m², and the two-bedroom rooms sleep up to four guests.

Some rooms have a private entrance, and rooms can also have a kitchenette, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dining table, an in-room safe box and a balcony or terrace. Guests can choose from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, along with a terrace, a playground, a mini golf course and a tennis court. The golf course is within 3 km, and the building has an elevator.

Free parking and free Wi-Fi are offered, and there is a shuttle service, laundry service and safety deposit boxes for guests. Air conditioning is installed in the public areas, and non-smoking rooms are available, so guests who prefer a smoke-free stay have that option.

Family rooms are available, and there is a kitchen on site. The property is smoke-free, and the grounds include a playground for younger guests alongside the garden and the outdoor swimming pool.

Bang Thao lies in the Cherngtalay area of Phuket, where the Laguna resort complex and its golf courses sit behind the long sandy shore of Bang Tao Beach. It is calmer than Patong, and the setting is a beach stay with resorts and residential buildings rather than a busy strip, so evenings are quiet and the sea is the main attraction.

The Canal Village Shopping Centre is close by for everyday needs, and the Bang Tao Night Market is a little further. Phuket FantaSea, the cultural show and theme park, is 5.1 km away, and Wat Chalong, one of the most revered temples on the island, is 17.6 km away. Getting around is easiest by car, since the sights are spread across the island.

A good first day could begin with a swim at Bang Tao Beach, 750 m from the building, then continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, which sits on a hilltop. Phuket International Airport, 12.3 km away, is the nearest airport, and the island is linked to the mainland by a road bridge, so the whole journey from the airport can be made by road. Bang Tao Beach is the nearest of these, so the sea is the easiest first stop.
