The rooms at SK Resort sleep up to three guests. The Deluxe measures 29 m², the Comfort Triple Room and the Suite each measure 32 m², and the Standard Double Room measures 40 m². Several rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, and some have flat-screen TVs with satellite and cable channels.

Bed set-ups include double beds, single beds and king beds, and the Comfort Triple Room combines a single bed with a king bed. Air conditioning is in some rooms along with desks and dining tables, and some rooms have a city view.

The hotel works well for travellers who want rail access and a practical base rather than the bustle of the riverside, while guests who plan to visit the old city will need to set aside a longer trip.

Khu Bon MRT station is the nearest rail stop, 500 m from the hotel, and it is the quickest route onto the rail network. Nearby sights include Fo Guang Shan Thaihua Temple, a Buddhist temple in the area, and the Liab Duan Night Market, while Don Mueang International Airport is 10.1 km away and the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 13.3 km away.

Because the temples of the old city are a long way from the hotel, a day of sightseeing is best planned as a separate trip rather than a walk. After a visit to the Liab Duan Night Market in the evening, the neighbourhood offers an easy way to see how local people shop and eat. A large weekend market at Chatuchak is an option for a full day out.
