The rooms at S.K. Residence include standard and superior rooms, some with a city view and some with a balcony. Rooms can have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a refrigerator, toiletries and a shower, depending on the room.

Across the river, the Grand Palace is 2.8 km away, and the Royal Barges National Museum, which displays the ornate royal barges, is 1.2 km from the hotel. Wat Arun, a riverside temple on the Thonburi bank, is 3.3 km away from the property.

A good day could start at the Royal Barges National Museum, continue to Wat Arun, and end with the temples of the Grand Palace area across the water. Back in Thonburi, the market near the hotel is a simple way to see everyday local life. For a longer day, Chatuchak Weekend Market is one of the city's best-known markets, and the metro line from Bang Yi Khan connects to it.
