Rooms at Simple Life Talay and Divers Resort come as bungalows, standard rooms, a simple room and an apartment. Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom, toiletries and towels, and some have a mini bar, a refrigerator or a flat-screen TV.

The Garden View Bungalow and the Simple Room each measure 16 m², and the Standard Rooms measure 25 m². Several rooms have a double bed, and the Bungalow With Sea View sleeps up to five guests, so a group can stay together in one place.

Sairee Viewpoint, 1.4 km away, overlooks Sairee Beach and Koh Nang Yuan, and Nangyuan Island, 3.8 km away, is a small island known for snorkelling. Haad Ao Mae is another beach close by, and Jansom Bay, Ao Leuk and Sai Nuan Beach are other bays and beaches a little further along the coast. Sairee Beach is the best-known stretch of sand on the island, and it is the easiest beach to walk to from the resort.

The nearest airport is Samui Airport, 65.5 km away on Ko Samui, so the last leg of the trip is by boat to the pier at Mae Haad, where the property provides a transfer to the hotel. A day might start with a snorkelling trip to Nangyuan Island, followed by a walk up to the viewpoint over the bay and an afternoon on Sairee Beach. After dark, the beach road is the place for a drink and a meal.
