The whole house is the accommodation, with 140 m² of space, a private entrance and a full kitchen. It sleeps up to six guests in a choice of bed set-ups.

The Wat Si Rattana Thamma Ram pagoda is 400 m away and the Tipgaysorn market is 650 m away, both within the immediate neighbourhood. Suvarnabhumi Airport is about 7 km away, and the Airport Rail Link at Suvarnabhumi Station connects the airport with central Bangkok, so a taxi or the rail link are the practical ways into the city.

Central Bangkok is about 28.5 km away, and Siam Paragon is a large shopping centre there.
