Silq

The rooms at Silq fall into studios, one-bedroom suites and penthouses, and several of them have city views. The Tussah Studio measures 36 m² and has a King bed. The Habotai Studio measures 50 m², and the Satin Corner Suite One-Bedroom 56 m². The Studio Premier sleeps up to two guests, and the One-Bedroom Executive measures 56 m² and sleeps up to three.

The Silq Penthouse with Plunge Pool covers 140 m² and sleeps up to six guests, and the Silq Penthouse (With Plunge Pool) sleeps up to seven. Several rooms have a bathtub, and some offer a choice of bed set-ups. The Satin Corner Suite One-Bedroom also has a sauna, an espresso machine with pods, blackout curtains and Free WiFi.

The facilities centre on the pools: an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, with a poolside bar serving cool drinks and light snacks. There is also a fitness center, a spa, a sauna, a hot tub and massage treatments.

Restaurants, room service and a choice of breakfast styles are available, along with a happy hour and food delivery. For travellers, there is an airport transfer, a shuttle service and a taxi service, plus a 24-hour front desk, a concierge and luggage storage.

Families can use a family room, a children's swimming pool, a kids meal and a babysitting service. The hotel has free parking on site with a car charging station, and free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Silq is on Sukhumvit Road in central Bangkok, in a busy district of hotels, offices, shops and restaurants. It is a practical base for a city stay, with the Skytrain close by for getting around the city, and the riverside can be reached by taxi.

The Phrom Phong BTS station is 550 m away and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre MRT station is 850 m away, so both the Skytrain and the subway are close. Benchasiri Park is a green space nearby, and Jim Thompson House, a traditional teak house museum that was once home to the American silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson, is 5 km away. Wat Phra Chetuphon, better known as Wat Pho, is home to a large reclining Buddha and is a short distance from the river.

A day could begin at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is open at weekends and sells clothes, crafts and food across a large site 8.5 km away. Khaosan Road, the lively backpacker street in the old city, is a place to spend an evening, and the riverfront at Asiatique - The Riverfront is a pleasant place to end a day with a meal by the water. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 20.1 km away for departures.
