Seven Offitel

The whole building is offered as one home of 200 m², with air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen. The kitchen has cookware, oils and condiments as well as a microwave, a refrigerator and a stove, and there is a coffee or tea maker with complimentary instant coffee and tea.

The home has a choice of bed set-ups and sleeps up to 12 guests. Linens, toiletries, a hair dryer and a TV are provided, so a group can settle in together after the journey.

The home is set up for cooking, with cookware, oils and condiments, a microwave, a refrigerator and a stove, plus dishes and dining utensils. A coffee or tea maker, complimentary instant coffee and tea, and a washer are also part of the property's facilities.

Other facilities include a TV, air conditioning, an iron, a desk workspace and a balcony or terrace. Video streaming services are also available. Linens, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided, and internet access is available.

Seven Offitel stands on Soi Sukhumvit 31 in the Khlong Tan Nuea area of Bangkok, a mix of residential streets and business buildings just off the busy Sukhumvit Road. The side sois are quieter than the main road, with small shops, cafés and massage parlours, and restaurants are easy to reach on foot. The Sukhumvit corridor is one of the liveliest parts of the city, so there is plenty going on in the evening without leaving the area.

Benchasiri Park, 450 m away, is a green public park for a walk before the day gets busy, and the Sukhumvit MRT station and the Phrom Phong BTS station are both about 600 m away for trains across the city. Jim Thompson House, a house museum devoted to Thai silk and art, is 4.4 km away and makes a good stop for a quieter afternoon.

A full day could begin with a walk in Benchasiri Park, continue with a visit to Jim Thompson House, and end on the riverside at Wat Arun, about 8 km away, with its tall tiered spire. Bangkok's two airports, Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi, are roughly 20 km out, so allow time for the journey when you arrive. The Grand Palace is in the same old-city area as Wat Arun, and both are an easy evening outing by taxi.
