Dormitory beds and double rooms are available, and several of them come with a shared bathroom. Rooms can have air conditioning, a fan, linens, a reading light, a socket near the bed and an in-room safe box, depending on the room.

Bunk beds are the main sleeping arrangement in the shared rooms: one 18 m² room has four, and two 24 m² rooms have ten each. Two rooms have a partial sea view, and two have a garden view. A 24 m² room sleeps up to two guests, and a double room sleeps up to three.

Tours, car hire, ticket services, a taxi service and a shuttle service are offered, and express check-in and check-out is available. Luggage storage, lockers and safety deposit boxes are also offered, and daily housekeeping is provided.

The property has a bar, a convenience store, food delivery, fruit and snacks, bottled water and alcohol. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and WiFi also covers the public areas.

Guests can use the terrace, the rooftop area and a shared lounge with a TV area, and pub crawls are offered too. Free parking is available on site, bicycle parking is provided, and a smoking area is offered alongside non-smoking rooms. Car hire and a taxi service sit alongside the tours and ticket services.

Ban Tai is a village on Ko Pha-ngan, and the hostel sits in a village setting where a health centre and several pharmacies are within a short walk. The beach at Haad Baan Tai is close by as well. Because Ko Pha-ngan is an island, the last part of any journey is by boat, and Samui Airport lies across the water on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui.

Haad Baan Tai beach is 250 m away and the Night Market 350 m, both a short walk from the hostel. Wat Nai, a pagoda, is 750 m away, and the Phangan Elephant Sanctuary is 3.9 km away. Thong Nai Pan Yai beach, at 8.7 km, is the longer outing for a day at the sea.

A simple day can start at Haad Baan Tai beach, then move on to the Night Market in the evening or to Wat Nai for a look at the pagoda. The Phangan Elephant Sanctuary makes a trip of its own, and tours can be arranged for guests who want to see more of the island. The Thong Nai Pan Yai outing is better as a day of its own. A few hours on the beach and an evening walk to the market make a full day without much planning.
