Both accommodations in the holiday home share the same base equipment: air conditioning and a full kitchen. Each one measures 130 m² and sleeps up to four guests, and both offer a choice of bed set-ups.

The Two-Bedroom Villa has a garden view, a whirlpool bathtub, a private pool and a balcony or terrace, and it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second villa has a private entrance, a coffee or tea maker, linens and a desk, and it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms too.

The holiday home has its own swimming pool and a hot tub, and the kitchen is set up for cooking, with dishes and dining utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove, a barbecue grill, and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments. A coffee or tea maker is also provided.

Inside the villa there is air conditioning, a TV with video streaming services, a washer, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels, and linens are provided too. The villa has a private entrance, a balcony or terrace, and a garden or backyard, so guests can spend time outdoors as well as indoors. Free parking is available on site, and internet access is available.

The villa stands on Cape Panwa, a headland of Phuket island, away from the busy resort strips around Patong. The area is quieter, with small beaches and local streets nearby, which suits guests who want to spend their days by their own swimming pool. Phuket International Airport lies 33.9 km away, so most guests reach the villa by road from there.

Ao Yon Beach is 650 m away, and the Ton Ao Yon waterfall is 750 m from the villa. Panwa Beach and the Phuket Aquarium, with its marine exhibits, are also nearby. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 7.2 km away and is one of the best-known temples on Phuket, while the Big Buddha stands on a hill nearby.

A full day could start with Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, continue with a swim at Ao Yon Beach in the afternoon, and end with the nightlife on Bangla Road in Patong, 13.8 km away. The villa's own pool and hot tub make a quiet afternoon at home an easy option after a day out. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are also on Phuket island, reached by road, so guests can combine a beach day with the sights of the island.
