Every apartment has a mountain view, and the layouts run from one bedroom to two bedrooms. Both have a private bathroom with toiletries and towels, and both come with an electric kettle, a hair dryer, a flat-screen TV and Netflix streaming.

The one-bedroom apartment measures 65 m² and sleeps up to five guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. The two-bedroom apartment measures 90 m² and sleeps up to seven guests, also with a choice of bed set-ups.

The property has a garden with a terrace and an outdoor swimming pool, along with luggage storage, safety deposit boxes and private check-in and check-out. A doctor or nurse is on call, and English and Thai are spoken at the property, so guests can ask for help in either language.

Seaview Eagles Nest Apartments sits on Soi Ban Rawai, in the south of Phuket, in the Nai Harn area. This part of the island has small sandy bays, local markets and hillside lookouts, and it is a quieter base than the busy beach strips further north, where Patong and its Bangla Road nightlife are. Cape Promthep, the southern tip of the island, is close by, so guests can spend time on the south coast without going far.

Big Buddha Phuket, the large white statue on a hill, is 6.7 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 9.3 km away. Rawai Pier, the ferry terminal, is 2.1 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 38.2 km from the property. Phuket is reached by road from the airport, so the drive to the apartments is the last step of the journey.

A good day could start at Yanui Beach, then take in Windmill Viewpoint and Wat Nai Harn, both nearby, before a look around the Rawai fish market, 2.2 km away. Nai Harn Beach, the best known of the bays, gives the area its name and is a short distance from the apartments, and its sand and calm water are a good place to end the day.
