Season Place

The rooms at Season Place come in twin, double and king layouts, and several of them have a city view. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and some rooms have a private bathroom, with the Executive room also offering a separate shower and bathtub.

Up to three guests can stay in the Twin Room, the Deluxe Double Room and the Deluxe Room. The Executive room sleeps two with a king bed, and the Deluxe King has a double bed and a city view.

Season Place offers free WiFi in all rooms, and parking on site is free. Restaurants, room service and food delivery are available, along with a shared kitchen, a garden and a terrace. A 24-hour front desk, a concierge, luggage storage and a taxi service are on hand, and tours can be arranged.

Season Place stands on Petchkasem Road in Thonburi, the district on the western bank of the Chao Phraya River. Thonburi was the capital of Siam for a short period before Bangkok was founded on the opposite bank, and its riverside temples are among the best-known sights in the area. Petchkasem Road is one of the main roads on the western side of the city, and the surroundings mix temples, parks and everyday local streets.

Wat Arun, with its tall central prang, is 2 km from the property, and the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stand across the river. The Tha Phra MRT station is 500 m from Season Place, and Bangkok Yai Park and several smaller temples, including Wat Ratchakhrue Worawihan and Wat Chantharam Worawihan, lie nearby. For trips further afield, a taxi service is available at the property, and the MRT connects the area with the rest of the city.

A full day could begin with the temples on the Thonburi bank, continue with a river ferry crossing to the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and finish on Khaosan Road in the evening. Bangkok Yai Park is a green place to stop between temples. For flights, Don Mueang International Airport is 24.6 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 29.6 km.
