Sea You Soon Koh Tao

The hostel's sleeping space is made up of mixed dormitory rooms with bunk beds. The 24 m² bunk bed room is set up for one guest, with air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

Rooms can have blackout curtains, reading lights, linens, a locker, a socket near the bed and a clothes rack, with private bathrooms, showers, toiletries, a tea and coffee maker and an electric kettle, with a separate dining area in the rooms.

Guests share a lounge and TV area, and the terrace and outdoor dining area give you a place to sit outside. The property is smoke-free.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and there is also Wi-Fi in the public areas and internet services. Free private parking is available on site, and reception staff speak English and Thai.

The property is managed by a private host, and it does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When more than five rooms are booked at once, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Mae Haad is the ferry village on Ko Tao, a small island in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Surat Thani province, and it is where most visitors arrive by boat. The village has a seafront of dive shops and restaurants, and the hostel sits within it, so the sea and the pier are close at hand.

Haad Ao Mae beach is 150 m from the hostel and the ferry pier is 250 m away, while Sairee Beach, a long beach with dive schools and restaurants, is 500 m away. Koh Nang Yuan, a small islet with a famous viewpoint and popular snorkelling, is 3.8 km away and is a common day trip. The Welcome to Koh Tao Turtle Monument is a short walk from the hostel, and Ao Mae Hat, a small bay, lies close by.

Reaching Ko Tao usually means a ferry from Koh Samui or the mainland port of Chumphon, and Samui Airport is 65.2 km away on Koh Samui, so many visitors fly there and continue by boat. Once on the island the village can be explored on foot, and a day can combine a swim at Haad Ao Mae with a boat trip to Koh Nang Yuan.
