The bungalows at Sea View Bungalow each measure 15 m², and all of them have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a seating area. Some have a partial sea view and others a mountain view. Layouts include a double bed and two single beds, and each bungalow has a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries.

Every bungalow has a coffee and tea maker with complimentary tea and free instant coffee. A refrigerator, a mirror and a seating area are in every one as well, and some bungalows also come with free bottled water, while one has wooden flooring. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

The Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint is 400 m away, a lookout over the bays below. Ton Sai Bay is 1 km from the property, and Ton Sai Pier, the ferry terminal where boats from the mainland arrive, is 1.1 km away. Krabi International Airport is 45.2 km away on the mainland, so the last stretch of the journey is by boat.

A good first outing is the viewpoint, followed by a stroll around the bays of Ton Sai and Loh Dalum. Tours can be arranged, and Phi Phi Market, 900 m away, sells food and everyday goods. Monkey Beach, one of the island's named beaches, is known for the monkeys that live nearby, so it is a natural next stop for a day on the water.
