Saturdays Residence

Saturdays Residence has two kinds of apartment, both measuring 86 m² and both equipped with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. One is a two-bedroom apartment with a mountain view, a bathtub and a sauna, while the other is an apartment with air conditioning and a full kitchen.

The two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to five guests and the apartment up to four. Children aged 2 to 12 can stay free of charge using the existing bedding, and extra beds can be requested directly from the property, with additional charges that may apply.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre with modern workout machines and free weights, and a sauna. Guests can also book a massage, borrow a book from the library, and hire a bicycle or a car.

Daily housekeeping and laundry service are offered, and luggage storage and a lift are available. The property is wheelchair accessible, and guests with children can ask for a crib or baby cot, subject to availability.

Room service and food delivery are available, and a coffee shop is on site. Tours are offered, and an airport transfer is offered as well. Guests who want to eat in can also use the restaurants on the property, and the kitchen is available for preparing meals.

Rawai is a fishing village on the Phuket coast, beside Chalong Bay, and the area feels quieter than the busy resort strip of Patong. Small beaches line the bay, and the shoreline is still home to working fishing boats, so the atmosphere is local rather than touristy. The sights are spread around the bay and the island, so a car is useful, and the property has free parking on site. The address is on Saiyuan - Kata Road, in the Rawai Sub-District of Muang District, so the residence sits between the bay and the busier beach areas of the island that are reached by the same road network.

The Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 3.3 km away, and Kata Beach, a long bay with a lively shoreline, is 3.7 km away. Chalong Beach lies on the bay itself, 1.7 km from the property. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of the most revered temples on the island and lies 4.9 km away, while Phuket International Airport is 34.3 km away.

A good day out could start at Wat Chalong, continue to Kata Beach for a swim, and end at the Rawai fish market. The temples, the beaches and the bay on this route all lie within a few kilometres of the property.
