Chong Nonsi and Saint Louis BTS stations are both within a short distance, and Chong Nonsi station is about 500 m away, so the Skytrain is the simplest way to reach other parts of the city. The Chong Nonsi Skywalk is also close, and Chong Nonsi Canal Park offers a green space beside the canal. Further away, Oriental Pier and Sathon Pier give access to the Chao Phraya River, where boats run along the water.

A good day from here could start with the Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk set in traditional teak houses, followed by a visit to the Grand Palace, about 5.5 km away, and the temples of Wat Arun on the riverbank. In the evening, the Asiatique riverfront is a waterside complex of shops and restaurants that makes a relaxed end to the day.
