The stay works well as a base in town rather than on the sand, with the mainland beaches reachable by road.

Within a few kilometres are some of Krabi's best-known sights. The Krabi Weekend Night Market is 4.2 km away, a lively market with stalls and local food, and Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 6.6 km away, is a hillside temple complex with a large golden Buddha. Further out, Ao Nang Beach (8.7 km) is a long beach with a busy seafront and boats to the islands, and Railay Beach (9.1 km) can only be reached by longtail boat, with its limestone cliffs rising above the sand.

A good day could start at the temple, continue to Ao Nang for the beach, and end with a boat trip to Poda Island, 14.2 km from the property. The island is reached only by boat and has beaches of its own.
