Sai Daeng Resort Koh Tao

The rooms at Sai Daeng Resort Koh Tao measure from 30 m² to 120 m², with choices from a super king bed in a sea-view room to villas that sleep up to five guests. Several rooms have sea views, and the views also include ocean and mountain outlooks.

Sai Daeng Beach is a small beach on the island of Ko Tao in the Gulf of Thailand, and the resort has its own private beach beside it. The surroundings are a chain of small bays with viewpoints on the hills above them, so the setting is about the sea and the views more than about streets and shops. The island is reached by boat, and Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier, the ferry terminal, lies 2.7 km away.

Ao Sai Daeng, the nearest beach, is right by the resort. Ao Hin Ngam, a second small bay, is 250 m away, and the Cindy's Tower viewpoint is 800 m off. Sairee Beach, the island's best-known beach strip with bars and restaurants, is 3.1 km away and is the place for a livelier evening. Koh Nang Yuan, a group of three small islands known for snorkelling, is a boat trip away.

A good day could be a walk to the John-Suwan Mountain Viewpoint, 1.3 km from the resort, which overlooks Ao Chalok and Ao Thian beach, followed by time in the water at Ao Sai Daeng. Back at the resort, the pool, the spa and the beach give you plenty to do without going far.
