Sabay Home has double rooms for two to five guests, plus a room that is allocated when you arrive. The 22 m² rooms have a king bed, and one of them has a sofa bed for a third guest. Two of the double rooms have a city view.

The 22 m² rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and WiFi is also available in the public areas of the property. A shared kitchen is available to guests, and luggage storage is offered for guests who arrive early or stay on after check-out.

The public areas are air-conditioned and the property is smoke-free, with non-smoking rooms. Private check-in and check-out are offered, there is a terrace, and English and Thai are spoken at the property. Internet services are offered, and WiFi covers the public areas as well as the rooms.

Sabay Home stands on Thanon Bamrung Mueang in the Khaosan area of Bangkok, close to the historic core of the city. The streets around the property lead to the temples and forts of the old capital, and the area has a busy urban feel, with street life, small shops and local traffic along the main roads. Many of Bangkok's best-known sights are within a short ride, so the neighbourhood makes a practical starting point for exploring the old city.

The Golden Mount, a hilltop temple, is 250 m away, and Mahakan Fort Park, around the old fort on the city walls, is 450 m away. The Wat Saket temple complex is nearby too, and the Grand Palace is 1.9 km away, with Wat Arun, the riverside temple with its tall central prang, 2.3 km away. Sam Yot MRT Station is about 800 m from the property, so the metro is a practical way to reach other parts of the city.

A good day here starts at the Golden Mount and the Wat Saket temple, then moves on to the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, which are a few kilometres further. Phan Fa Lilat Pier is also close by for boat trips along the Chao Phraya. In the evening, Khaosan Road, the backpacker street with bars and street food stalls, is nearby.
