Every room at S50 Sukhumvit Hotel has air conditioning, a shower and toiletries. The Deluxe Room measures 24 m² and the Family Room 45 m², so guests can choose between the two sizes.

Local life centres on the markets and the small shops along the soi.

Wat Saphan is a pagoda 650 m away, and Wat Bunrot Thammaram is another pagoda in the same part of the district. Phra Khanong Market and On Nut Fresh Market are both within a kilometre. On Nut BTS station is 800 m from the hotel, and Phra Khanong BTS station is 1.3 km away on the same line. The Reunrudee Palace and the Science Centre for Education lie a few kilometres away, while Siam Paragon, the large shopping centre in the Siam district, is 8 km from the hotel and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 16.9 km away.

A good day could start at Wat Saphan and Phra Khanong Market, then continue by skytrain to Siam for the shopping. The old temples and the Grand Palace lie across the Chao Phraya river and deserve a day of their own, while the Chatuchak Weekend Market lies further north and is best planned separately.
