The rooms at S44Room run from single rooms for one guest to family rooms for up to three guests, with queen, double and single beds. Several rooms have a city view, and several have a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and toiletries, while air conditioning is fitted in some of them.

Phibun Wet Park and Phra Khanong Market are both a short walk away, and a 7 Eleven and an ATM sit within a few hundred metres. Crystal spa and Kluaynamthai Hospital are also close by. Jim Thompson House, Wat Arun and the Chatuchak Weekend Market are all on the central side of the city, and the BTS is the simplest way to reach them.

A relaxed day could start with a walk to Phibun Wet Park, then take the BTS into the centre for shopping at Siam Paragon, 6.8 km away, and continue to the Grand Palace, 11.2 km away, and Wat Arun on the river.
