The Phrom Phong BTS Station is 500 m away, on the Skytrain's Sukhumvit line, and the Sukhumvit MRT Station is also nearby, so reaching the rest of Bangkok by train is straightforward. Benchasiri Park is 350 m from the hotel, a green space for a walk. Siam Paragon, one of the city's largest shopping malls, is 3.7 km away.

For a day of sightseeing, the Grand Palace is 8.3 km away, with Wat Arun on the opposite bank of the Chao Phraya, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 7.6 km away, sells crafts, food and plants across hundreds of stalls at weekends. Khaosan Road, the lively backpacker street, is in the old city close to the Grand Palace, so the two can be combined in one day. A day that starts at the Grand Palace and ends with a walk along the river at Wat Arun gives a clear picture of the old city before returning to the hotel area for dinner.
