Rooms at @S115 Residence include air-conditioned city-view rooms, such as the 24 m² Superior Twin and the 40 m² Family Room. Several rooms have a separate shower and bathtub, and the Deluxe Family has a balcony or terrace on its 40 m² floor area.

The Family Room sleeps up to five guests and the Deluxe Family up to four. Pu Chao BTS station is close by, and the Erawan Elephant Museum, known for its giant three-headed elephant sculpture, is about 1 km away. Wat Trai Samakkhi, a pagoda, is 900 m away, and Chaloem Phrakiat park is 1.8 km away. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 17.9 km away, so the airport is an easy first stop for flights into Bangkok.

A day out could start at the Erawan museum and continue to the pagoda, then take the Sukhumvit skytrain line into the city. The Grand Palace and the temples of the old city, such as Wat Arun on the river, are further away and make a full day out.
