Further afield, the ruins of abandoned lock gates are 4.3 km away, a more unusual sight to head for.

A relaxed day can start with the two pagodas near the resort, then return for a swim in the outdoor pool or a game of table tennis. For a longer outing, the ruins of the lock gates are the farthest of the sights, and tennis equipment can be rented at reception if you want to play.
