Many travellers heading north from the capital break their journey here on the way to the upper provinces.

Wat Si Suwan, a pagoda 700 m away, is among the nearest sights, and the Cultural Hall of Nakhon Sawan, 1.6 km away, is a museum on the city's culture. Mahathep City Park, 2.3 km away, is a green space for a relaxed evening stroll, and Sawan Park is also nearby on the same side of town. The Nakhonsawan Train Station is 5.8 km away, so trains are an option for travellers heading further afield.

A simple day out begins with the pagoda and the cultural hall in the morning, then a walk through the park later in the day. Getting around is mostly by road: the nearest airport is in Phitsanulok, a longer drive away, and the Nakhon Sawan Bus Terminal, 3.3 km from the resort, serves the city for onward travel by road.
