Royal View Resort's rooms include deluxe rooms of 40 m², a Double Mini Suite and Royal Suites measuring 57 to 60 m², with garden and park views depending on the room. Two of the Royal Suites and the Double Mini Suite have air conditioning, and the Deluxe Double Room includes complimentary spa access. Rooms take up to three or four guests.

The streets mix office buildings, shopping malls and older houses, and the area appeals to visitors who want quick access to the rail network and to the city's main shopping and museum sights.

Victory Monument BTS Station is 350 m from the hotel, and Phaya Thai Train Station is also close by. Phaya Thai Palace, a former royal residence now used as a museum, is nearby. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall, is 1.7 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai teak houses once home to the American silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson, is also close. Don Mueang International Airport is 18.3 km away, and Suvarnabhumi Airport lies further out.

A day could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 4.4 km away, which is open on weekends and sells clothing, crafts and food; Mo Chit station on the Skytrain is the nearest stop. Afterwards the Grand Palace is 5.4 km from the hotel, and Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, stands within its grounds. Evenings can be spent around Siam, three Skytrain stops south of Victory Monument.
