Each room at Royal Luxury Hotel measures 25 m² and has a city view, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer, and a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and the rooms also have free wired internet access.

Patong Beach and Bangla Road are both a short walk from the hotel, and Jungceylon Shopping Center is close by too. Further afield, Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is one of the island's most important temples, about 6.8 km away, and the Big Buddha stands on a hilltop near Chalong, 7.7 km from the hotel. Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with an evening show, is 7 km away. Kalim Beach, next to Patong, is quieter than the main beach.

Phuket International Airport is 24 km away, and there is an airport transfer. The Big Buddha and Wat Chalong are both reached by road, so a car or a taxi is the simplest way to see them, and a good day could end with an evening on Bangla Road or at the FantaSea show. Free parking at the hotel makes a car a practical choice for trips further afield.
