The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and sleeps up to six guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. Air conditioning, a full kitchen, a private entrance, a desk, and a TV with satellite and cable channels are part of the home's equipment, along with a hair dryer, toiletries and towels in the bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen includes the basics for cooking, from cookware to oils and condiments, so guests can prepare their own meals.

ROSE Loft is in Thonburi, the district on the western bank of the Chao Phraya river, opposite the old city of Bangkok. The area has several small temples close by, such as Wat Bangsakaenai and Wat Bang Sakae Nok, and Talad Plu Market, a traditional market selling fresh produce and snacks, is nearby.

Talat Phlu BTS station is the closest transport link, a short walk from the home, and Wutthakat BTS station is also nearby. Wat Arun, on the Thonburi riverbank, is 3.8 km away, and the Grand Palace, on the other side of the river, is 4.5 km. The backpacker street of Khaosan Road and the temple of Wat Pho, with its reclining Buddha, are other sights to visit, while Don Mueang airport is 26.3 km away and Suvarnabhumi airport is 29.7 km.

A day could start with a morning walk around Talad Plu Market before taking the BTS into the centre, where the shopping districts around Siam are. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is a longer trip across the city, and Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside shopping and dining complex, is an evening option, and the Wat Pho temple is a stop for the afternoon, with its reclining Buddha still a highlight of the old city.
