Rojjana Residence

Rojjana Residence has standard rooms for up to three guests, with air conditioning, a desk, a flat-screen TV, an in-room safe and a shower. The rooms can also have a mini bar, a refrigerator, free bottled water and a balcony or terrace, depending on the room you book.

The streets behind the sand have small restaurants, massage shops and guesthouses rather than the bars of Patong, which keeps the evenings calmer. The beach is wide and sandy, and the village is calm in the mornings. The village was hit by the Indian Ocean tsunami, and a monument stands near the beach.

Kamala Beach is 300 m from the hotel, and Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with evening shows, is 1.3 km away. Patong Beach, 4.9 km away, is where most of the island's nightlife is concentrated, with Bangla Road as its best-known street.

A good day out starts at Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, which is 12.8 km away and one of the most revered Buddhist temples on the island. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 13.8 km from the hotel. Taxis and private cars are the usual way to reach them, and the Kamala Night Market is a good place for an evening meal when you return. Bangla Road in Patong is lined with bars and clubs, so it suits a late night out better than a quiet evening in Kamala.
