The Grand Palace complex lies 1.4 km away, with the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) inside it, and Wat Arun stands on the opposite bank of the river. Don Mueang International Airport is 20.7 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 28.9 km away.
