Residy Downtown Hotel

Rooms at Residy Downtown Hotel can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with toiletries and towels, a walk-in shower, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The Deluxe Double Room measures 20 m² and has a double bed for up to two guests.

Restaurants and bars line the streets just behind the sand, so the beach and the evening life sit close together.

Patong Beach is 400 m from the hotel and the Jungceylon Shopping Center is 450 m away, so the beach and the main shopping area are reachable on foot. Further afield, Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) is 6.8 km away, a major Buddhist temple and one of the island's best-known sights, and Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 7.8 km away. Both are reached by road, so a hired car or taxi is the easiest way to combine them in one day.

A good day could begin with a swim at Patong Beach, continue to Big Buddha Phuket and Wat Chalong, and finish with the evening stalls in Patong. Kalim Beach, 1.7 km away, is another sandy beach on the Patong coast, and Karon Beach, Kata Beach and Nai Harn Beach are further south along the coast for a different stretch of sand.
