Residence Villa

The villas at Residence Villa are three-bedroom pool villas with a 10-metre swimming pool and an open kitchen. Each villa has three bedrooms, five bathrooms and two living rooms, and every bedroom has a separate bathroom with a bathtub.

Each villa sleeps up to seven guests and is non-smoking, and the villas come with the same kitchenware and toiletries.

Residence Villa has a fitness centre, a spa with sauna and restaurants on site, and on-site parking is available for guests. Both the fitness centre and the spa are on site, so guests can stay active or relax after a day out.

Tours, car hire, a taxi service and an airport transfer are offered, a concierge is available, and luggage storage is provided.

24-hour security is in place, a smoking area is available, and internet access is available with Wi-Fi in the public areas.

Residence Villa is in Bang Thao, a beach area in the Thalang district of Phuket, where resorts, villas and a long sandy shore sit side by side. Bang Tao Beach is 3.8 km from the property, and Boat Avenue, a shopping street in the area, is a short drive away. Because the island's beaches, temples and markets are spread across a wide area, a car or taxi is the easiest way to get around.

Closer to the villa, the Peranakan Museum shows the Peranakan culture and history of Phuket, and the Thalang Victory Monument stands in the district around it. The Night Market (Touristic) is 3.3 km away and is a good place for street food and souvenirs in the evening. Phuket International Airport is 10.5 km away and is the nearest airport to the villa.

A day out on Phuket can take in the Big Buddha Phuket, a hilltop statue of the Buddha, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the best-known Buddhist temples on the island. Patong Beach, 12.7 km away, is the island's best-known beach, with busy nightlife, and Bang Tao Beach, the closest beach, is a good place to finish the day. A single day out can cover a temple, a beach and a market in turn.
