The villas at Rawai Private Villas - Pools and Garden are three-bedroom homes in the grounds, each measuring between 175 and 185 m². Rooms can have individual air conditioning, an in-room safe, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a seating area and direct pool access, and the villas are set among lush gardens.

Capacity runs from six to nine guests, so the villas can host a larger group under one roof. Several villas overlook the pool, and one of them includes a sala, the open-sided Thai pavilion, in its grounds. Some villas have a bathtub and a walk-in shower, while others have a shower.

The south of the island has a different rhythm from the busier beach towns, and its markets, temples and beaches are spread over a few kilometres, with a mostly residential feel and small shops along the roads.

Ra Wai Beach is the nearest beach, and the Rawai fish market, a local market by the sea, is one of the village's everyday sights. Rawai Pier is on the bay, and the Phuket Seashell Museum, a small museum devoted to seashells, is 850 m away. Wat Nai Harn, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is 1.8 km away, and Nai Harn Beach is 1.9 km away.

Phuket International Airport is 37.2 km away, and Big Buddha Phuket, the large statue on a hilltop, is 5.7 km away, both reached by road. A day can combine the fish market and the temple with a visit to the Big Buddha and then a swim at Nai Harn Beach. Guests who want to explore the rest of the island can reach the other beaches by road.
