A full day could start at the Big Buddha, a hilltop statue 10.6 km away, and end on Patong Beach, the island's best-known beach area for nightlife, 11 km away. Phuket International Airport is 27.5 km from the hotel, and the airport and the beaches are reached by road. Kata Beach is a drive away, so a day on the coast means a longer trip by road.
