A good day could begin at Wat Traimit, continue to the Grand Palace by taxi, and end back on Yaowarat Road, where the street food stalls and neon lights fill the street in the evening. Wat Traimit is the place to see the gold Buddha up close, and the lanes around it are good for a slow walk.
