The whole property is one three-bedroom villa of 196 m², with two bathrooms and room for up to eight guests. Air conditioning, fans, a TV, a closet and a desk or workspace are part of the house, with linens and toiletries provided.

The beds offer a choice of set-ups, and the villa has a balcony or terrace, so the group can spend time outdoors together.

Free parking is available on site, and the car park is free of charge. Internet access is available, and a laundromat is nearby for laundry. Toiletries, body wash and linens are provided.

Ranong City Center Villas sits in the Khao Niwat Subdistrict of Mueang Ranong, on Thailand's Andaman coast in the south of the country. Ranong is a small provincial town, and its temples, markets and natural hot springs all lie within a few kilometres of the villa, so a day out can cover several of them without long journeys. Like most provincial towns in southern Thailand, daily life centres on the market and the street-food stalls. Eating from the stalls along the streets is an easy way to see the town at street level.

Wat Suwan Khiri Wihan, with its pagoda, is 750 m from the villa, and the Rattana Rangsarn Palace and its throne hall are nearby. The Ranong Municipal Fresh Market, 1.8 km away, is the place to find local produce and everyday food. Ranong Bus Station is 2.5 km from the villa, and the airport, Ranong Airport (UNN), is 23.1 km away.

A good day could start at Wat Suwan Khiri Wihan and continue to the Raksa Warin hot springs, 2.9 km away, a park with natural hot springs and an arboretum. Ranong Customs Pier, a ferry terminal, is also in the area for anyone heading out by boat.
