The rooms at Quality Beach Resorts and Spa Patong range from garden-view and pool-view rooms to suites, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Rooms can have air conditioning, a mini bar, a refrigerator, an in-room safe box, a kettle and a balcony or terrace, and some have a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Patong is Phuket's best-known beach town, and the hotel stands on Thaweewong Road in the Patong area, about 100 m from Patong Beach. Around the sand the streets fill with restaurants, bars and street-food stalls, and massage shops line many of the roads.

It is a busy part of the island, and the night market and the bars of Bangla Road are close by. Bangla Road, the street known for its bars and nightlife, is 550 m away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall in the middle of Patong, is 750 m away. Karon Beach, a long stretch of sand, is 4.4 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 8.1 km away. Chaithararam Temple, also called Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most visited temples, and Phuket FantaSea, a show and culture park, is also a short trip from Patong.

Taxis are the usual way to reach the temples and the beaches further out, and a half-day trip to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong makes a good plan from Patong. Back in town, the walk along the beach road and into Bangla Road is a simple way to end the day.
