The rooms at Pure Phuket Residence include doubles, twins, triples and singles, with a city view in some of them. Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, depending on the room, and the Deluxe Twin Room and the Deluxe Triple Room each measure 20 m².

The Double or Twin STANDARD sleeps up to seven guests, and the Deluxe Triple Room sleeps up to four. The Deluxe 3 Bed Triple Room measures 23 m² and has three single beds. The Standard Single Room combines a queen bed with a single bed for two guests.

Phuket Old Town, 1.1 km away, is the best place to start, with its narrow lanes and museums. Wat Kajorn Rangsan, a temple close to the hotel, and the Phuket Provincial Commemoration Public Park are nearby. Patong Beach, the island's best-known beach, is 9.6 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 27.1 km from the hotel.

A good day starts with a walk through the old town to the Thavorn Phuket Museum and the Peranakan Museum, then a stop at the Phuket City Municipality Public Fresh Market 1 for local food. On Sunday evenings the Lard Yai Sunday Night Market brings a lively street market to the old town. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is a longer trip by road and makes a good half-day outing, and the evening can end with a meal in the old town before heading back to the hotel.
