The bathrooms come with bathrobes, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer, and most rooms have an electric kettle. The rooms include twin rooms with two single beds, king rooms and suites, and most of them are for up to two guests. Many bathrooms have a walk-in shower, and the Executive Suite and the One Bedroom Suite also have a bathtub.

Several rooms have a city view, and the suites add more space. The Junior Suite measures 58 m², and the Executive Suite and the One Bedroom Suite measure 62 m² each. Each suite has its own private bathroom with a bathtub or a shower.

The outdoor swimming pool sits alongside a fitness centre and a yoga room, and the spa offers massage as well as a sauna. Guests can also visit the library and the gift and souvenir shop.

Public House Bangkok is on Soi Sukhumvit 31, a side street off Sukhumvit Road in the Khlong Tan Nuea area of Bangkok. Sukhumvit is one of the city's busiest corridors, lined with hotels, shops and food stalls, yet the soi itself is a quieter lane that leads back to the main road.

The Sukhumvit MRT station is 600 m away and Asok BTS station is 700 m, so the metro and the skytrain both link the hotel to the rest of the city. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall with cinemas and an aquarium, is 3.6 km away, and the bars of Soi Cowboy are nearby. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's best-known markets, is 7.1 km away. The Grand Palace, Bangkok's royal palace complex, is 8.3 km away, on the other side of the Chao Phraya river.

A good day could start with a walk through Benchasiri Park, a green space with a lake, before taking the BTS to Siam for shopping at Siam Paragon. In the evening, the lively lane of Soi Cowboy is nearby. The Kamthieng House Museum, a traditional northern Thai teak house, is also close by, so the park and the museum can easily be seen in one morning.
