The villa covers 170 m² across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a private pool and room for up to six guests.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern tip of Phuket, where longtail boats line the shore and the pace is slower than in the busy resort area of Patong. From here the beaches and temples of the south are reachable by road, without the bustle of the main resort strip.

Chalong Beach is 1.3 km away and Kata Beach 3.9 km, and Kata is a popular swimming beach with a relaxed atmosphere. The Phuket Big Buddha, a large seated statue on the hills above the island, is 3.4 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is 4.6 km away and one of the island's most visited temples. Boat trips to the nearby islands leave from the piers along this coast, and a car or scooter is the easiest way to reach the temples and beaches of the south. The Phuket Seashell Museum is also close by, for those interested in marine shells.

A good day could start at Wat Chalong, continue to the Phuket Big Buddha and end with a walk along the shore at Rawai. Phuket International Airport is 34.1 km from the villa, so the trip from the airport is by road across the island.
