Prince House has room types for solo travellers, couples and groups, from twin and double set-ups to a queen bed. Several room types have a city view, and the rooms can have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a shower with toiletries and bathrobes, and a hair dryer. Some rooms sleep up to six guests.

Bed set-ups vary from room to room, and some rooms offer a choice of set-ups. Extra beds depend on the room you choose, and an extra bed carries an additional charge. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Prince House offers an airport transfer, a shuttle service and tours, and the front desk is open 24 hours. Prince House is on Petchburi Road in Pratunam, a well-known shopping district in central Bangkok, opposite Pantip Plaza, a building known for its computer and electronics shops. The streets around the hotel are lively, with malls, clothing shops and tailors, and the area suits visitors who want shops, street food and public transport close at hand.

Four Seasons Mall and Pratunam Market are both close by, and the Ratchaprarop station on the Airport Rail Link is 350 m from the hotel, with trains running to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall that houses the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World aquarium, is 800 m away, and the Jim Thompson House, a traditional Thai house museum set in gardens, is 1.2 km away. The MBK Center, another large shopping mall, is in the same general area as Siam Paragon.

For a full day out, the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 5.3 km away, is one of the largest markets in Bangkok and is open mainly at weekends. Back in Pratunam, an evening walk along the streets around the hotel is a simple way to see the neighbourhood's shops and street stalls, and the Airport Rail Link makes the trip to the airport straightforward.
