Prima Villa Karon

Prima Villa Karon offers villas and apartments with two or three bedrooms, several of them with a sea view and one with its own private pool. Rooms can have air conditioning, a shower and a refrigerator.

The Deluxe Pool Villa sleeps up to seven guests, and the 3 Bedroom Apartment with Sea View sleeps up to six. The 2 Bedroom Villa also has a whirlpool bathtub and a private bathroom, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with satellite and cable channels in several of them. Karon is a long sandy beach area on the coast of Phuket, with a bay that stretches for a good distance and a beach road lined with small shops, massage places and street-food stalls. The property sits in the Karon area, so the beach and the shops nearby are easy to reach on foot for most guests.

Karon Beach is 550 m away, and Kata Beach, the next bay along the coast, is also close. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 1.7 km from the property. Wat Chalong, one of the most important Buddhist temples on Phuket, is 4.3 km away, and Patong Beach, the island's best-known resort beach with the Bangla Road nightlife strip, is 5.8 km away. Phuket International Airport is 30.7 km away.

Getting around the island usually means a car, a taxi or a scooter, so free on-site parking is useful for guests who drive. A day could start on Karon Beach, continue to the Big Buddha in the afternoon and finish with a visit to Wat Chalong, which covers several of the island's best-known sights. A car gives more freedom to combine several of these sights in a single day.
