Within a few kilometres are King Rama II Memorial Park, 2.6 km away, and the Maeklong Railway Market, 2.8 km away, where stalls are set up along the railway line. The Amphawa Thai Dessert Museum and the King Rama II Museum are nearby as well, with the zoo a little further on.

Getting around is simplest on foot in the town, and by car if you prefer, since the hotel offers on-site parking. The nearest airport is Hua Hin, 87.3 km away. A day could combine a walk through the temples near the hotel with a boat trip along the canals and an evening at the floating market.
