A day in the area can start with the rock art and the shrine, then continue by car to the museum or the cave, and free self parking is available at the hotel for guests who drive. Phang Nga Bay, with its limestone islands, is the best-known landscape of the wider province, though it lies further out and is best treated as a separate trip.
