Room sizes at PP Resort include 24 m² and 26 m², and rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, a refrigerator and a window. Some rooms look out on a city view or a garden view, and the bed setups range from single beds to double, queen and king beds.

Rooms can also have a private bathroom with toiletries and towels, and some rooms accommodate up to three guests at the resort in Hat Yai.

Hat Yai International Airport is 11.9 km away, the nearest airport to the resort.

Wat Hat Yai Nai, a Buddhist temple, is 2.3 km away, and Kim Yong Market, a busy local market for food and everyday goods, is 2.4 km away. The Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai, an evening market with food stalls and shopping, is 4.5 km from the resort, and Hat Yai Railway Station is 2.6 km away for travellers arriving by train. The Magic Eye 3D Museum, with painted 3D art, and the Hat Yai Municipal Park are also nearby.

A day could start at Wat Hat Yai Nai and the market nearby, then continue to the Magic Eye 3D Museum and the Hat Yai Municipal Park for a walk. In the evening, the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai is a good place to eat and browse. For a longer trip, the Namtok Ton Nga Chang waterfall lies outside the city and is better planned as a day trip.
