Haad Rin is the beach village of Ko Pha-ngan best known for the Full Moon Party, held on the beach at Haad Rin on the night of each full moon. The village is lively, with bars, cafés and guesthouses along the roads near the beaches. Most of the activity is concentrated around the two beaches, so the sand is never far away, and the ferry links to other islands run from the pier nearby.
