Pool Villa Martin 3BR, Rawai

The villa is let as one house, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 227 m² of floor space. It sleeps up to six guests and has air conditioning, a private entrance and a garden view.

Inside, you will find a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, an electric kettle and a socket near the bed. The outdoor area holds a private pool, a garden and a balcony or terrace.

The villa comes with its own kitchen, coffee or tea, and free parking, and the property has 24-hour security. Linens, towels, a hair dryer, a closet and a desk or workspace are provided in the house.

Guests can communicate in English, Chinese (Mandarin), French and Thai. Air conditioning and a private entrance are included, and the private pool and the garden sit in the outdoor area, so all of these services apply to the whole villa, not to a single bedroom.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern tip of Phuket, a few kilometres from the busier resort strips of the island's beaches. The villa stands on a residential soi, away from the nightlife of Patong. The village has seafood places on the waterfront and a quieter pace than the beaches of Patong and Kata.

Chalong Beach is 1.3 km away on Chalong Bay, and Chalong Pier, the boat pier for trips out to sea, sits 2.4 km away. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hill, is 3 km off, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of Phuket's most revered temples, is 4.3 km away. Kata Beach is 3.7 km away, and the Big Buddha is a stop worth making in its own right, with the statue visible from far off on its hill.

Chalong Beach is the closest stretch of sea to the villa, so it makes an easy first stop in the morning. A day could begin at the Big Buddha and continue to Wat Chalong, then return to the Night Market or the Rawai waterfront for dinner. Phuket is reached by road, so the last stretch to the villa is by car or taxi, and the airport is the main way in to the island.
