Guests book the whole apartment, a self-contained space of 30 m² with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a full kitchen, arranged for self-catering stays. The space is set up as a single apartment, so the kitchen and the bathroom are all yours. It sleeps up to two guests.

The railway station is 600 m away and the bus terminal is 1.3 km away, so trains and buses are easy to reach. Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat (Wat Yai) is one of the best-known temples in town and houses the Phra Buddha Chinnarat image, while the Phra Phutthachinnarat National Museum displays regional Buddhist art and history. Wat Nang Phaya is 500 m away, and Phitsanulok Airport is 5.7 km away.

A good day starts with Wat Yai and the National Museum, then continues with a walk to the Chan Royal Palace Historical Centre. In the evening, the Night Bazaar, 850 m away, is the place for food stalls and local goods. For a longer outing, Sukhothai Historical Park, the old capital of Siam, is a full day trip by road. Most of the places in this part of town are within walking distance of Pra Ong Dam Road, so sightseeing in the centre can be done on foot.
