PM Residence

The rooms at PM Residence include a twin room, a superior room with a double bed, a family room with a double bed and a single bed, and rooms that sleep up to five guests. Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, an electric kettle and satellite or cable channels, and some have a mini bar and a refrigerator.

Guests can use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the bar on site. Room capacities run from two guests to five, so the rooms fit couples, a family of three and small groups travelling together.

PM Residence has an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, and a children's swimming pool is also available. A bar and a coffee shop are on site, so guests can have a drink or a coffee without leaving the hotel. There is also a terrace.

Free parking on site is available, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with WiFi also in the public areas and internet services for guests. English and Thai are spoken at the hotel.

Hat Yai is the largest city in southern Thailand and a busy commercial centre in Songkhla province, not far from the Malaysian border. PM Residence is in the market area, where the streets come alive in the evening with shops and food stalls, making it a lively place to spend an evening.

The Hat Yai Bus Station is 400 m from the hotel, and the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai is 600 m away. The night market is a lively place to walk in the evening. Hat Yai Railway Station is 1.5 km away, so both bus and rail travellers arrive close to the hotel. Hat Yai International Airport is 11.5 km away, and it is the closest airport to the city.

A simple day could begin with a walk through Hat Yai Municipal Park, then a visit to the Magic Eye 3D Museum, a 3D art museum, and an evening at the night bazaar. Santisuk Market is another local place to buy food and everyday goods, and the market streets around the hotel offer food and daily necessities. Hat Yai Municipal Park gives the day a quieter pause between the markets, and the bus and railway stations are both close enough to walk to from the hotel, which keeps onward travel simple for overland arrivals.
