The rooms at Plan B house include family rooms, family suites, apartments, a Lux room, a deluxe queen room and a standard quadruple room, with garden, pool, mountain or courtyard views depending on the room. Many rooms have a hair dryer, toiletries and free Wi-Fi, and some have air conditioning, blackout curtains and a fan. The Lux room has a mountain view, and the Queen Studio has a garden view with an open-air bath.

The family room and the family suite both sleep up to eleven guests, and the Standard Quadruple Room sleeps up to six. Daily housekeeping and laundry service are offered to guests, and the property has a 24-hour front desk.

Bangla Road, the street known for its nightlife, is a short walk away. A short drive takes you to Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 6.3 km away, one of Phuket's most important temples, and to the Big Buddha, 7.4 km away, a large white statue on a hilltop. Ban Zaan Fresh Market is nearby as well, a local market for fresh produce and snacks. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 24.2 km away.

For a day out, you can combine the beaches of the west coast with a visit to Wat Chalong, and tours can be arranged through the property. Kata Beach, 7.7 km away, is another stretch of sand for a day out. Between roughly May and October the sea on this coast can be rough, which can affect boat trips.
